Invoicing
• If Implementation Services are NOT in NSN scope (e.g. Bulk orders) Delivery Acceptance shall be treated as final acceptance with 100% invoicing.
• Target is to attach as high of a percentage as possible to the Delivery Acceptance (ideally 100% for HW/SW). This should be especially true in instances where the delivery site is within the customer responsibility / ownership (e.g. hub).
If NSN is responsible for implementation AND functionality of the equipment needs to be proven, then up to 10% of equipment value can be addressed to Site Acceptance temporarily (e.g. 3 month time period after which an automatic reversion to 100% would occur). . However, the target remains to try and receive 100% of the equipment value upon delivery.
