如何将制作好的模版上传到FTP空间

我下载了一个网站模版（有Fronts,html,psd共3个文件夹）并通过Dreamweaver修改后，准备用Flashxp将此模版模版上传到我之前购买的FTP空间里。但是通过flashxp连接到FTP后，在最上层目录看到有anon_fip,cgi-bin,error_docs,httpdocs,httpsdocs,private,statistics,subdomains,vault_scripts,security （即在FlashxP右侧窗格中），不知这些文件夹是做什么用的。我是直接把这些文件夹全部删除，再将模版文件夹上传到FTP空间中？还是将模版文件放在哪个文件夹下？我的问题是，我怎样可以成功上传模版，怎样预览上传模版后的网站页面？我是新手，请朋友们多多帮忙！补充：我登陆到FTP空间，系统用的是Paralles Plesk control panel管理FTP中的文件的。
我用我申请的cn域名在IE中打开。网站有如下提示：
