继上一张06年的之后,08年"上海复兴方案"带来了他的第二张正式专辑.而这张专辑的创作则是以20世纪关于上海的故事为背景展开的,依旧围绕着上海这个不变的主题.这张专辑中出了参与上一张专辑的原班人马外,又有许多才华横溢的艺人制作人都加入进来,如:Moby, Kanye West, Wynton Marsalis, Erykah Badu, Cirque du Soleil等等.
这张专辑也将是DJ Dave Liang自签约全球性大厂牌Warner Music Group旗下的Independent Label Group之后发表的第一张正式专辑.

DJ Dave Liang 依靠“把hip-hop、jazz、pop这样的西方音乐节奏大胆得融入东方曲调”这一理念组成了这个方案的构架。《上海复兴方案》的初次登场是在2006年初的MSN音乐榜“每周新人”，后来它成为了一月份网站销售第一位的电子专辑。于2006年11月作为“每周一碟”成功挤入美国、英国、澳大利亚、加拿大、欧洲和日本的iTune前20位的电子专辑。2007年4月，其中《introductory》被选为路易斯威登旗下品牌 Kenzo Parfums 的全球广告主题曲（ 这 边 也 是 我 知 道 的）
