Hello, is Hong Kong still a popular working place for mainlanders ?

Or they prefer to work oversea, like UK, USA

for me, i prefer to work overseas.
because hong kong is too small, the living environment is very poor.
besides, right now hong kong is gradually losing its characteristic as a western city and becoming too Chinalised.
i don't like that, i perfer an international Hong kong.
