SERVICE CONTRACT RULES
1. Change in Shipper
If any Shipper undergoes a change in its corporate structure or, if it is a shippers' association,
a change in membership, such Shipper shall notify Carrier and provide the documentary confirmation
required by law.
2. Tender of Shipments
2.1) During the term of this Contract, Shipper will tender and ship with Carrier the Minimum Volume
Commitment and any sub-Minimum Volume Commitment(collectively, MVC) stated in Term 4, except to the
extent the MVC is adjusted or excused under the terms of this Contract (Net MVC).

2.2) Unless otherwise stated, Shipper may select the vessels on which its cargo will be carried, but
space is not guaranteed on any particular vessel or with any particular frequency, and specific
equipment

1 。改变发货
如果任何托运人经历改变其企业结构，或者如果它是一个托运人协会，
改变的成员，如托运人应当通知运营商，并提供书面确认
法律所要求的。
2 。投标的货物
2月1日）在本合同，托运人将投标和船舶承运人最小容积
承诺和任何子最小容积承诺（集体的MVC ）在任期4 ，除非
程度的MVC是调整或免除根据本合同的条款（网的MVC ） 。

2.2 ）除非另有说明，托运人可以选择的船只上的货物会进行，但
空间不能保证任何特定的船只或与任何特定的频率，和具体的
设备不能保证在任何特定地点或时间。充分尽可能发货
应船舶及其所载货物在本合同均匀。

2.3 ）托运人，直接或通过其代理机构和/或代理人，应要求预订从承运人处
至少有14 （ 14 ）天，但不少于七（ 7 ）天前装运。运营商可能会放弃这种

2.4 ）托运人应提名和保持一个（ 1 ）载入中每个货运代理应标明原产地

3 。服务承诺

承运人应提供船只的能力和设备进行（一）所规定的MVC
本合同和（ b ）在承运人的选择，任何其他货物招标托运人。这一承诺
是受的时间表和服务模式的载体。任何个性化的服务承诺，应
在词汇5 。

4 。评分

4.1 ）的来源地和目的地显示在提单签发的载体最后确定
不论货物的地理范围内对本合同，无论是货物可计入
在MVC模式，以及适用的税率和收费。
