A 这里read 直接做及物动词，也就是说 read more children's magazines.而不是read about more children's magazines .read 有不及物动词的用法，但是这里意思不对。据个例子：she is reading for doctorship.没有什么固定搭配，要根据句意。像本句。

need to 。 unnecessary是没必要的意思，前一句是it做形式主语。代替to move our desks。所以当主语装换成主语是we时，要用表示没必要的短语。need to 应该是对的，可能还有别的短语，也是对的。
