出口到葡萄牙的货,现目的港清关的时候海关要求出口方出一致性证书，这是要求的内容之一，请问是否有谁知道是指什么？Name and address of the manufacturer or his authorized representative established within the European Union, in Turkey or in a state signatory to the Agreement on the European Economic Area;

厂商的名字和地址或者厂商在欧盟，土耳其，或签署了协定的欧洲经济区国家的授权代表（就是厂商在欧盟..的外务代表）

两者选一，还是第一个方便，出示全称和地址。
