welcome here / welcome to be here

一般没有这么说话的，要把here换成具体的地点，比如

Welcome to Beijing

不要be

welcome here

这才是对的，副词前面不加to，比如go home

都不对。

welcome to + 地名

或者直接用 welcome

here是副词，前面是不能加to的，就像on my way home,前面是不用加to的，但是后面跟着的是名词的话，就要加to了，如果welcome to our hotel

一般都是welcome here
因为here是副词
如果你实在是要用有to的
就是welcome to be here
个人认为welcome here更好
