电脑重装之后，不久速度变慢

我的电脑是赛扬d330,七彩虹c848主板，显卡x850xt。现在只要系统重新安装之后开机就转三四圈就好了，永恒之塔也能玩起来，但不久就会打回原形速度变慢，游戏也很卡，我用过优化大师垃圾清扫等工具，还是一样。怎样才能让系统稳定下来。 还有最近问朋友拿了一块奔腾的处理器，能装上，但是一开机就发出警告声是怎么回事？请大家帮忙
