我的答案也是B，但解释和楼上的不同。首先我也赞成he has just written只是插入来修饰report的，不会影响时态和意思，有意思可知 “他写的报告读起来很好”，但是这里不选is read表被动而选reads是因为这里read sth.表本质的，就像“这本书卖得很好”，也是用The book sells good而不是is sold。
