主语句子主要动词不一致的分词短语

非定语从句的几个用法。不定式通常表示的是目的，或者还未发生的事情。现在分词通常表示的是由主语主动发出的动作。过去分词通常表示被动。
1、taking everything into consideration,they ought to be given another chance.这里并不需要表示目的，所以选择现在分词。表示由人主动发出的动作。
2、Judging by his expression,I'd say he wasn't in a good mood today.
这句话考察现在分词和过去分词，首先看到这句话的主语是i，状语的主语也应该是i，i和judging之间的关系应该是主动的，所以应该用现在分词。
比较一下下面这句话：
Judged by his expression, he was thought to be in a good mood today.>因为主句的动词变成了he，跟judged之间的关系应该是被动，所以就改用了过去分词。
