我的C盘空间不断减小救命!

我在C盘什么都没装，但C盘现在已经8个多G了，只剩下500M空间了（前几天还是600M）。电脑运行速度也慢了好多，这怎么回事？怎么清理系统垃圾啊？
PS，前一段时间QQ一直装在C盘
