为什么第一个空填didn't notice而不是hadn't noticed.
而第二个空填haven't thought而不是didn't think呢？

1.现在完成时表示过去的动作对现在产生影响，hadn't noticed就变成了过去完成时，过去完成时表示过去的过去，而问句只用了现在完成时，所以只用过去时就能表示动作发生在提问之前。
2.第二句意味我当时怎么就没想到呢，说明过去没想到对现在产生了影响，所以要用现在完成时。
第一句
本应该 should have done 指过去
第二句 看语境 应该是 到目前为止我怎么没想到呢 现在完成时动作有延续性
而didn't think是过去没想到 截止时间点是过去

2.未做
