第十二条 Agreement must be got from another Party when Party A or Party B wants to sell all or partial of the share in the joint venture company to a third party. Another Party has the priority to buy these shares as declared in the buy sell provision and exhibit A. Should agreement not be attainable, the provisions of the buys sell provision take effect. Should agreement be attainable additional shares at agreed upon calculation in Exhibit B shall be used to issue and sell shares in the joint venture.
