UC知道Windows Vista Menu bar disappeared

When i restart my HP desktop, the whole START bar is completely gone. Everything else on the desktop shows fine. just NO Start bar!
I can't even type chinese now!
What should i do? Somebody help!! :(
I JUST tried that. no double arrows. How do I create a new account?
i don't ONLY want to type chinese. i NEED the START bar to be BACK.

使用系统还原将系统恢复到最近的正常状态 如果无法操作
可以用安装光盘启动进行还原
同时希望您养成多做备份的好习惯，那样就不用遇到一个莫名其妙的问题就来问了
1.打开任务管理器，结束Explorer，然后新建任务，输入Explorer试试
2.把鼠标挪到屏幕下面，如果变成那种上下方向的箭头，按住拖动到上面
3.都不行就新建一个账户吧
