美国私立高中的有关问题

我想要9月份就出去读他们的9下.但是现在时间有点紧了.又不想通过中介.我托福还没考.但是现在的学校都不一定有床位了.所以我现在在给想去的学校发邮件.应该怎么写啊？主要询问一下他们的入学条件和有没有剩余的床位.有的话我可以自己申请.
I'm a student from China. My name is Veronica. I want to join your school for the ninth grade courses this September. Does your school have any free bed remained (female)? And does your school have any TOEFL or SLEP standard for international students?

另外，高中生去美国读书不需要托福，考SSAT就可以了。
