我是2008年10月分参加第一次初级护士考试，2009年5月又参加了第二次考试，第一次过两科，第二次过两科，我现在怎么去注册啊？什么流程谁知道告诉我一次，谢谢！！！
还有 我没有医院 可以在门诊注册么？
