Offeror, a single Shareholder, offers sale of all or part of his Shares. The offer is accepted timely by one Offeree but not by all Offerees. The accepting Offeree, however, agrees within the sixty (60) day time limit of Paragraph 2 b) to purchase all of the Offeror’s offered Shares. As long as all of the Offeror’s offered Shares are accepted for purchase timely, he is obligated to sell and the accepting Offeree is obligated to purchase subject to the provisions of the Agreement.
