汇款细则 英语 怎么说啊

国外汇款入不了我们的账 银行说是因为我们是私人账号 汇款细则里不能写 发票 而汇款人是写了发票的 这个发票是我发给他的形式发票，银行说只要让汇款人把这个汇款细则里的 发票删掉就可以 可是我还是不知道怎么跟客人说啊

I checked with my banker,he said that because our account are personal so words like invoice(commerical invoice) or goods should be deleted for the T/T payment,or else,we could not receive the money.Thanks.
