一键还原问题，还原不掉怎么回事啊？

我电脑之前还原过的，
但是 电脑 原来装备的 还原精灵被不小心卸载了。
现在想还原到原来 买电脑时候的系统怎么弄啊？我试了几次，下个还原可还原不了， 我知道怎么备份的。是不是 现在不能做备份了啊？
都不给答案 就知道要分，，，，，

以前我电脑也是一样不能还原
只可以可以备份
后来我买了一张光盘（GHOSG XP SP3 快速装机专业版V13.0） 重装系统就好了
