at 用在 小时 之前，例如 at 7：00am

on 用在 具体时间 之前，
例如 on July 1st，2009，on Sunday，on a rainy day，on Monday morning/afternoon， on the New Year Eve

in 用在 不具体时间 之前，
例如 in June，
还有 in the morning/afternoon

on+具体某一天，具体某一天（上午、下午）
at+具体一个时间点
in+任何不具体的时间

at 最简单，用在小时之前。
on 和in比较难分。教你个方法：只要你看到有日期，就用on.
