求救：开机时出现瑞星runtime error,怎么回事，怎么办？

系统是xp sp2,瑞星（包括个人防火墙）已升级到最新，开机的时候，运行瑞星的时候，或者随便干什么的时候都会弹出这个
program：c：\program files\rising\rav\ccenter.exe

步骤一：请您卸载瑞星杀毒软件，重新安装并升级至最新版本，若问题依旧不能解决，请进行下面两步操作：
步骤二：点击操作系统中『开始』－『运行』，输入“%temp%”，点击“确定”后即可启动临时文件文件夹。请将其中的所有文件全部删除。
步骤三：将C:\Program Files\Rising\Rav\Update下的mfc42.dll、mfc71.dll、msvcirt.dll、msvcp60.dll、msvcp71.dll、msvcr71.dll、msvcrt.dll文件复制并粘贴到杀毒软件安装目录C:\Program Files\Rising\Rav下,重启计算机判断问题是否解决。您也可以尝试卸载重新安装瑞星软件。
