好像看到过哪里写的，3年内招收200名硕士研究生，200名博士。是这样吗？
Approved by the Chinese government in February 2006 and formally established in April 2006, the JI has developed its strategic plan. In the next 5 years, it will reach a steady state of 2000 students (with 1400 undergraduates, 200 masters，200 Ph.D. candidates and 200 international students). Based on this ambitious plan, it is anticipated that a number of full-time tenure track faculty positions will be filled starting in Spring 2007. English is the JI official language. These positions are open to top caliber applicants from around the world.

没听说会招那么多，不过还是招的。但是录取和别的学校不大一样，你还是打电话问问吧。
