I am a student from a middle school.Now in our country,we are taking part in "Sunshine Project" activity.I like the project very much.I like running,playing basketball and swimming after school.Now at school.We do different kind of sports for an hour every day.I think the project is very important for us.

First,it's good for our study.By taking exencise. We can study more careful second,it can help us from good habits of eating and leeping.In a word, this project can keep us healthy and strong.I hope every student can take an active.
