6300如何清理系统垃圾不是删除系统文件

我知道新建.txt文件，并通过改扩展名来清除系统文件的方法，但我想知道如何清除换过主题后所产生的系统垃圾文件的方法，否则文件只会越删越少，垃圾越来越多，治标不治本，到头来还是没有内存。谢谢！
