每次开机都出现，去不掉
能告诉我好是哪里出现了问题。

很简单，这是A卡驱动在作怪，解决方法嘛，有两个：
1. 开始--运行—输入“msconfig”，点确定，在出现的系统配置实用程序的“启动”里，找到“cli.exe”，把前面的钩去掉，重启电脑，即可解决。（用这种方法的话得先下MICROSOFT.NET FRAMEWORK 3.0的框架，不然电脑会不完美的）
2. 先安装光盘上的驱动，再安装下载的最新6.4的驱动，即可解决。
