物理拓扑产生变化，spanning-tree重新计算，4506第6槽的第7个端口从blocking进入到forwording状态。
spanning-tree重新计算需要至少30秒。
可以检查：
1.是否新加置了交换机
2.查vlan2的生成树根变化
3.物理连线（网线）是否异常
4.6/7口在vlan2中起什么角色
