谁会做这道选择题并会讲大道理？

只能说A和C都不对（至于为什么，上网可以找到），B和D都很接近，读起来2个都好象可以。

我会选B，因为D听起来有一点点像问句，但也不一定对。

老师讲过英语中基本上不存在双重否定，而且以否定开头句子应该倒装。。
仅供参考，我也不敢确定。只记得做过类似的句子，当时选对了但翻译不过来。。
