Crawl:
to move slowly in a prone position without or as if without the use of limbs <the snake crawled into its hole>

Creep:
to move along with the body prone and close to the ground b: to move slowly on hands and knees

Crawl is how babies walk, they use their knees and hands.
E.g: 'the baby can't walk yet, he just crawls everywhere'.

Creep is usually used to describe something moving slowly, without you knowing. It is usually used in a negative sense.

E.g: 'a man creeped through the streets at night'

Hoppe this helps.
