I can not give my son the leading position. To begin with,he is too young;secondly, I want Mr.Smith to have the job. 这个句子里面的To begin with是什么意思，可以换成Above all吗？ 为什么？

意思等同于firstly，first of all，是英文里面常用的表达。

Above all则是“首先，尤其是”，这里的首先带有些优越性的意味。因此还是有些不同的
