英文系统不能玩中文游戏？

我的是Microsoft Windows Xp Media Center Edition Version 2002 Service Pack2是英文XP的。水浒都玩不了。打开水浒就出现Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item。
怎么解决啊？
其他中文游戏也不能玩

这个提示是说：

Windows无法正常访问制定的设备，路径，或者文件。您也许没有权限执行这些文件。

事实上MediaCenter Edition是精简过后的Windows版本，专门用于家庭影视娱乐，删除掉了许多运行游戏的必要文件，导致执行游戏的时候提示找不到文件或者无法运行。

解决办法：安装其他版本的Windows . (您的问题与语言无关)
