电脑反复自动重启 进不了系统 重新装系统装不了啦

上次用完电脑后选择关机，然后长时间不能自动关机，总是显示“正在关机”，因为有事外出等不急，所以就直接关插座电源了。然后再重新开机后出现电脑反复自动重启 进不了系统 安全模式也进不去。 昨日尝试重新装系统。先低格C盘，然后装XP,系统安装文件自动COPY完成后出现以下提示：
