Get rid of your trouble
Every year,many students go to high school.Faced with new place and new persons,some of them may have troubles.A mount of new challenge come and some students may feel unadaptable.
The reasons that these troubles come is that high school students have much to study,and have big exam pressure.So it brings about students'unhappiness,and they can't concentrate on studying.
In my opinion,these students should often communicate with others,then ask teachers for helf and study problems.At home,they may often speak to their parents ,and then listen to light music to relax.
If possble,they can go out to take part in activities to relax and gain their confidence.If they do so,they may do better and get rid of their troubles.
