第二句:
I had already had my PVA and entrusted my agent to pay for the tuition fee last week
由于你已经收到了你的OFFER,所以可以直接用过去时，然后加时间。比如：
I received my offer of Master of International Finace last Monday.
Last week,I had entrusted my agent (中介名称）to pay for the tuition fee.
第一句是对的。
第二句： I have already had my tuition paid last week through my intermediary.
