UC知道魔兽w3g apm统计问题

求高手帮忙分析w3g文件0x1F块中的CommandData block(s)即统计apm，小弟通过w3g_actions.txt文件给出的格式分析，程序陷入死循环，我怀疑它给出的action id不完整。求高手帮忙。
0x1F - TimeSlot block (rarely also 0x1E)
