无进出口权企业收汇问题！急

现在美国的客户已经定下了项目的样品，现在要打定金了！可是我们厂还没进出口权，无外汇帐号。我们只能跟我们长期合作的外贸公司让客户把钱打到他那里去，我现在不知道怎么和客户说了
以下是客户原话
WE need the Banks Acc # of your CO. ,in order to send you the request deposit for the sample.

Our Co. can not send a international money transfer to an individual or agent of a Co. it is against our Co. policy .
我们老板说就说那外贸公司是我们的子公司，不知道这样能不能说的通啊。。哎急啊 高手帮忙！
