Theodore,the manger of a hotel,told a middle-aged man that he would have to leave the hotel after just one night,though he had booked a room for eight nights.
"He wanted a sterile(无菌的) environment,"Theodore said."He should stay in a hospital.This hotel is clean,but it isn't that clean."
Theodore said that ,on the very first day,the man brought all the sheets and pillowcases(枕套)down and just dropped them next to the front deskk(服务台),saying that his bedding was dirty and he wanted clean ones.The man could not show any specific"dirt"on the bedding.The man just said,"I'm paying good money to stay here.I know the dirt is there."
Early the next evening,however,the man went to the front desk again and asked for seven cans of spray disinfectant(喷雾消毒剂)."I need a can for each night.I have to spray the phone,the TV,and so on,"he said.
