第一个，这里是补语，要用非谓语动词。（谓语已经有了，has) 那么选择就是teaching, to teach, taught. 而这显然不是被动。 teaching和to teach都可以。
第二个，固定搭配。You'd better do sth. You'd better not do sth.

have sth. doing
had better not do sth.

其实这个句子teaching前面省略了介词 in 如果加上的话明白了吧？介词后面加动名词
