He is always watching TV. 他一直在看电视。
He has always been watching TV for three hours. 他看了三个小时电视了。
2.C。the way引导状语从句，省略了in。(in)the way。
3.C。referred to是过去分词作定语，修饰dictionary。suggest“建议”，从句用虚拟语气。suggested the dictionary(referred to)be bought。
