对于第二问，我本人是想填is broken.可是答案又是were broken.
......三。。。。。。。。takes.可是答案又是took.
第八问，答案又是had come.觉得这是对的，但这个虚拟语气的，请大家讲讲，不要找资料，讲讲就好了。不要多的。

第2是虚拟语气，和现在事实相反所以用were broken
第3是固定结构：It's time that sb 过去式 或 should do...
第8就是虚拟语气。和过去事实相反，主句用would have done,从句用过去完成时。
如果是与现在事实相反就是主语would do,从句过去时
如果是与将来事实相反，从句可有：1、过去时；2：were to ..；3、should do；主句就是would do
