介词+which 的用法：先行词在定语从句中作状语时根据不同类型的状语，用不同的介词+关系代词，时间状语使用on; in; by等表示时间的介词；地点状语用on; in; at等表示地点的介词；原因状语用for;方式状语用in; by; with等。

by which就是通过某种方式;

定语从句的关系代词中没有what，因此要牢记what不会引导定语从句.
这里的all是先行词，而that是关系代词，在从句中做主语。

我做过这道题，当时的答案是of,in order应该是按顺序的意思，请您看看是不是看错答案了，这仍然是一道定语从句的题，先行词为book，将先行词放入从句以后为the author of the book is a teacher.
