如果副词不需要的倒装的话那么hardly 这种否定副词位于句首时需不需要倒装呢

slowly放在句首和句末都可以，但都不叫倒装，只是副词放的位置不同而已。大部分副词放句首，无需倒装。
hardly译为几乎不，有双重否定的意思，放句首要倒装，如：
Harly could i open my eyes when the tears suddenly pour down.

副词不需要倒装~
i speak english to the students slowly

这句话是对的

hardly 需要倒装的，slowly 不需要
