UC知道安装MATLAB时出现拒绝访问

我在安装matlab2009a的时候，安装到26%的时候出现错误提示，说是d:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2009a\toolbox\shared\controllib\@resppack\@hsvview\initialize.m (拒绝访问。)，不知道怎么解决，
还有我装过matlab2007b，也是这个问题，当时还以为是我的安装文件损坏了，于是就换了一个，在网上下了matlab2009a，谁知道也是这个问题。matlab2007b我以前一直用时好的，前两天系统出问题了，重装了一下，系统盘也和以前的是一样的。不知道那位大侠能给解决一哈。

1、找到MATLAB光盘的\R2014a_Windows\bin\win64\vcredist_x64.exe，复制出去并解压，会出现两个文件：vcredis1.cab和vcredist.msi；
2、当出现“无法访问您试图使用的功能所在的网络位置”单击“确定”重试，或在下面的框中输入包含安装程序包”vcredist.msi”的文件夹路径”，点下面的浏览，浏览找到这两个文件打开即可成功安装了；
3、然后就能继续安装MATLAB了。
通过上面的方法操作之后，就可以解决Win8.1系统安装MATLAB时提示无法访问您所在的网络位置的故障了，遇到这样问题的用户可以根据上面的方法进行操作解决吧。
用优化大师清理注册文件即可！还有如果你没有装.netframework，你安装到97%时也会提示出错！
