把下面句子变成被动语态

对上面那位的回答没有异议，第二句的workers前面是不是缺个the 啊？
不过，在此想补充一点，有时候被动语态的by sb可以省略~在不明白是谁或是不能说出或者不好意思说出或者显而易见是谁的时候。
