3.整句话有些中国式英语，是否作如下的调整：
I do exercises with my father every morning besides studying, because my PE is very poor. 或者： My PE is so bad that I have to do exercises with my father every morning besides studying.

1. in addition 用在此处取代also更加地道；
2. including 最好用such as列举后面的小说，而且还用逗号隔开；
3. 英语中没有顿号，改为逗号；
4. I helped要用一般现在时。
