在定从中 先行词the city做宾语 因此可以用关系代词that/which/省略
但关系代词在从句中作表语时，只用that
e.g.China isn’t the country that it was 10 years ago.
The city is no longer the place that it used to be.
所以不能用which,排除c
选d 句子成分符合啊 没有为什么 题目做多了就知道啦
罗马是个地方 不是东西 地点用 where
most 放在最后应该改为mostly
