变形金刚2游戏不能玩

为什么打开游戏就说Transformers（TM）：Revenge of the fallen（TM）遇到问题需要关闭然后没了为什么？
我的电脑刚换不应该是配置问题啊

换了什么配置的电脑，重新下，或者是硬件和游戏不兼容问题，不是换电脑就解决配置问题，换了低配置电脑照样不行的，对比一下游戏的最低配置：
操作系统 Windows XP/Vista
