是不是morning,evening等词前加上形容词介词就要用on了?

比如像cold morning 这样的,这种又不像是特指的某一天

不是
只有具体某一天时才用！
如：on that sunny morning
一般都有一些修饰词
都是的

一般情况下,morning/afternoon/evening前面都是用in的(in the morning/...),但如果说到具体的某一天的话就要用on(比如说on Monday morning或on the morning of Monday).
