我的Hotspot Shield1.21连不上

一直是红色，连接时不是网页无法显示，就是出现Unable to establish connection with Hotspot Shield Server提示，怎么办？

被某主义屏蔽啦！！！！！！！！

还在用HSS？做什么用啊。玩游戏用EVPN或安迅，开网页更是随便找个代理查个IP和端口账号密码不就完了？HSS极不稳定，用的人又多，很不好的。
