第一百零几和第一百几十几的表示方法

one hundred and + 零几或者几十几的序数词

例如：103 one hundred and three
124 one hundred and twenty four

都一样one hundred and+几或几十几

如107： the one hundred and seventh.
如127： the one hundred and twenty seventh.

第一百零几：
one hundred and +(one\two...nine)
第一百几十几
one hundred and +(ten\fifty-two...ninety-nine)
其实你问的两种数字表达方式是一样的，都是 one hundred and 加后边需要的数字就好

如果说 118

就是
one hundred eighteen

如果口语一些还是可以省略 and的。。。
